Terms of Service
Effective Date: May 21, 2026
1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Cedmobi website, demo forms, 30-day personal injury firm pilot materials, marketing and intake-support services, communications, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").
By accessing or using the Platform, submitting a form, booking a demo, participating in a 30-day pilot partnership, or otherwise interacting with Cedmobi, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
2. Cedmobi Services
Cedmobi operates a marketing and intake-support platform for personal injury firms. Our services may include demo consultations, 30-day pilot partnership review, intake criteria setup, intake collection, structured intake record delivery, intake workflow support, reporting, and related business services.
Cedmobi is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice, legal representation, case evaluations, or guarantees of outcome, and does not represent people seeking legal support or law firms in legal matters.
3. No Attorney-Client Relationship
Use of the Platform does not create an attorney-client relationship between any user and Cedmobi. Submitting information through the Platform does not guarantee legal representation, legal advice, or a response from a law firm.
Any attorney-client relationship may only be formed directly between an individual and a law firm according to that law firm's own engagement process, conflict checks, and written agreement.
4. Law Firm Responsibilities
Law firms using or evaluating Cedmobi are responsible for:
(a) ensuring their advertising, intake, fee, and professional conduct practices comply with applicable bar rules and laws;
(b) reviewing inquiry information before accepting any matter;
(c) conducting conflict checks and engagement procedures;
(d) providing accurate practice area, jurisdiction, availability, and intake information;
(e) honoring any 30-day pilot partnership or service terms separately agreed with Cedmobi.
Cedmobi does not guarantee case outcomes, client retention, revenue, or legal matter acceptance.
5. Pilot Partnerships
Cedmobi may invite select personal injury law firms to participate in 30-day pilot partnerships. Pilot availability, scope, inquiry volume, geography, injury case types, and pricing may vary.
Participation in a pilot does not guarantee exclusivity, a minimum number of inquiries, specific conversion rates, or permanent access to Cedmobi services unless separately agreed in writing.
6. User Submissions
Users are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of information submitted to Cedmobi. Users must not submit false, misleading, unlawful, defamatory, confidential, or unauthorized information.
People seeking legal support should not submit sensitive legal details unless requested through an appropriate intake process. Law firms should not upload or disclose confidential client information unless authorized and necessary.
7. Acceptable Use
Users may not:
(a) misuse, interfere with, scrape, copy, or reverse engineer the Platform;
(b) attempt unauthorized access to Cedmobi systems or data;
(c) use the Platform for unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, or abusive purposes;
(d) submit malware, spam, or harmful code;
(e) impersonate another person, firm, or organization;
(f) use Cedmobi materials in a way that suggests unauthorized endorsement or partnership.
8. Intellectual Property
The Platform, including its design, text, graphics, logos, workflows, software, and other materials, is owned by Cedmobi or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
Users may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from Cedmobi materials without written permission, except as necessary to use the Platform as intended.
9. Third-Party Services and Links
The Platform may use or link to third-party services, websites, analytics providers, communication tools, or law firm websites. Cedmobi is not responsible for third-party content, policies, availability, or practices.
10. Disclaimers
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Cedmobi does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any inquiry, pilot, intake record, or law firm review will produce a particular result.
Cedmobi does not provide legal, financial, professional, or regulatory advice. Law firms should consult their own professional advisors regarding advertising rules, privacy obligations, and professional conduct requirements.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cedmobi will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, loss of goodwill, or unsuccessful legal matters arising from use of the Platform.
12. Indemnification
Users agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Cedmobi harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from their misuse of the Platform, violation of these Terms, violation of law, or infringement of third-party rights.
13. Changes and Availability
Cedmobi may update, suspend, modify, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time. Cedmobi may also update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Continued use of the Platform after changes means the user accepts the updated Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Cedmobi operates, without regard to conflict of law rules, unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
15. Contact
Questions about these Terms may be submitted through the contact methods made available by Cedmobi.
