Cedmobi is designed for personal injury firms evaluating structured intake record delivery and intake support. This Policy applies to law firms, firm representatives, website visitors, prospective partners, people seeking legal support who interact with our services, and other users of the Platform.

We collect information that is reasonably necessary to operate the Platform, respond to inquiries, evaluate 30-day personal injury pilot partnerships, collect and organize intake information, improve our services, and meet legal obligations.

We may collect:
(a) names, email addresses, phone numbers, job titles, and business contact details;
(b) law firm name, website, location, personal injury case focus, intake preferences, and service regions;
(c) demo request details, preferred contact times, and messages submitted through forms;
(d) 30-day pilot partnership information, including intake criteria, service regions, intake capacity, and feedback.
2.2 Information Provided by People Seeking Legal Support
Where people seeking legal support interact with Cedmobi or a Cedmobi-powered intake flow, we may collect:
(a) name, contact information, location, and preferred communication method;
(b) general injury-related legal need, matter category, location, and timing;
(c) information voluntarily submitted through forms, calls, or other intake channels.
Cedmobi does not request unnecessary sensitive details through general website forms. Users should avoid submitting confidential legal facts unless specifically requested through an appropriate intake process.
2.3 Automatically Collected Information
When users visit the Platform, we may automatically collect IP address, browser type, device information, approximate location, pages viewed, interaction data, traffic source, cookies, and similar analytics information. This helps us secure the Platform, measure performance, improve user experience, and understand intake-support activity.

Cedmobi does not sell personal information.
4. Pilot Partnership and Intake Record Delivery
Cedmobi may use information submitted by law firms and people seeking legal support to assess intake criteria, geography, availability, and information needs. During 30-day pilot partnerships, Cedmobi may review inquiry volume, intake outcomes, and feedback to improve the quality and reliability of completed intake records.
Cedmobi is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice, legal representation, case evaluations, or guarantees of outcome. Submitting information through Cedmobi does not create a lawyer-client relationship. Law firms are solely responsible for reviewing inquiries, conducting conflict checks, contacting individuals, providing legal advice, and deciding whether to accept a matter.
5. Disclosure of Information
We may disclose personal information:
(a) to participating law firms when a person requests or consents to intake record delivery for law firm review;
(b) to service providers that support hosting, analytics, communications, form processing, security, customer relationship management, or operational tools;
(c) to professional advisors, auditors, or legal representatives where necessary;
(d) to comply with law, court orders, regulatory requests, or lawful investigations;
(e) in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of assets.
Service providers are expected to use personal information only as needed to perform services for Cedmobi and to maintain appropriate safeguards.
6. Cookies and Analytics
Cedmobi may use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to keep the Platform functional, understand traffic, improve intake-support performance, and measure service effectiveness. Users can control cookies through browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect some Platform features.
