Cedmobi Care Terms

1. Accounts and access

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and any activity conducted under your account. Administrators must ensure that only authorized staff access Cedmobi Care. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use or a security issue.

2. Acceptable use

• Do not interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to bypass the security of the platform.
• Do not submit false, unlawful, confidential resident data without authorization, or any content that violates applicable regulations.
• Use Cedmobi Care only for lawful group home operations and in accordance with these Terms.

3. Data and privacy

Our handling of personal and organizational information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you agree to that processing. You are responsible for ensuring you have the authority and consent—where applicable—to upload staff information, organizational records, or resident documentation.

4. Service changes

We may update, enhance, or retire features to improve reliability or meet regulatory standards. When possible, we will provide notice. While we strive for high uptime, uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed.

5. Disclaimers and liability

Cedmobi Care is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Cedmobi Care is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost data, lost revenue, or operational impacts resulting from system downtime or misuse of the platform.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or if needed to protect the security and compliance of Cedmobi Care. Organizations may discontinue use at any time by stopping platform access or contacting our support team.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Cedmobi Care operates. All disputes related to the platform will be handled exclusively within that jurisdiction.
