Response times
- Critical (platform unavailable or essential records inaccessible): within 1 business hour.
- High (major feature degraded or impacting staff workflows): within 4 business hours.
- Standard (how-to questions, configuration help, minor issues): within 1 business day.
Self-serve help
Access release notes, training guides, compliance checklists, and recorded walkthroughs in the Help Center within your Cedmobi Care account. You can also browse resolved support tickets to find answers to common questions.
Status and maintenance
Planned maintenance will be announced at least 72 hours in advance. If an incident occurs, we provide live updates and timelines until the issue is fully resolved.
